Hi,
I have an interesting problem with web access in Zimbra. On two servers with installed version release 8.6.0.GA.1153.UBUNTU14.64 UBUNTU14_64 FOSS edition both web interfaces stoped working on the same day. Certificates are self-signed, but the date is in both cases valid. Browser opens certificate worning and after confirming, appears blank screen. All the same on different types of browser. As I see, services are running. Does anybody have any hint?

I seem to be having a very similar issue.
I'm running 8.7.6_GA_1776.FOSS on Ubuntu 16.04.6 LTS (VM on Hyper-V).
When I attempt webmail access (Win10 Chrome, Firefox, IE; Android P Chrome) I get a blank screen (certificate - LetsEncrypt, shows valid with good dates). My Admin web console (web console uses 'real' GoDaddy cert) seems to be working (Chrome). All processes show running. Attempting to access an email account from the Admin web console returns the same blank screen.
Using email clients seem to work (Outlook, Thunderbird) for email delivery.

Not sure when this happened. I don't see anything that would call attention to an issue in the /var/log/zimbra.log file.

Experiencing same problem on 2 servers. Both webmail and admin page is blank, with no errors.
