Re: New Patches - Zimbra 10.0.8 and Zimbra 9.0.0 Patch 40
Found this while browsing the repo: https://github.com/Zimbra/zm-mailbox/commit/31856510b3e72583143b1464bae867772e303bab Fix for ZBUG-2859 (bugzilla 80485 that was opened in 2013). It's not in the release notes. I don't know if it's because it's not a full fix (then why is it included in the patch?)...

Re: Maldua's Zimbra FOSS Builds - Share your feedback
I just tried the search in GitHub (the same kind of search I made after previous patch was announced). "org:Zimbra ZBUG-3794" still gives no answer. By switching branch I was able to find fixed code about ZBUG-3794 just like you (and ZBUG-3816 but nothing about ZBUG-3817) in the GitHub web...

Re: Maldua's Zimbra FOSS Builds - Share your feedback
Unless I have not understood how Synacor pushes its code to GitHub, you cannot build up to date builds the day they announce their own. You have a wait a few days (3? 5? maybe a week?) before they push to the public repositories anything related to security fixes in their own code (XSS, etc). Right ...

9.0.0 Patch 40 and 10.0.8 are out
Just got the announcement per mail.
The release notes say PHP is updated 8.0.3 (quite outdated) and not 8.3.0 (as seen in the package name/version)...
I guess the release notes are wrong.

Re: No send to function?
When I tested it (a few years ago), eM Client only worked with EWS (so it means with Network Edition + EWS license only).
I just had a quick look at their website, it can now use IMAP (for the emails) and CalDAV.
I think I'll give it another try.

There's a Zimbra addon for WHM (maybe for other control panels too).
I have not tested them.

Re: How can I allow delegated admin user to create any subdomain and manage them?
I think this won't work, the current integrated administration system is not designed to deal with that. We've asked Zimbra (its owners) for years to provide a management solution with three levels (something like "admin, reseller, end-customer"). What you find in products such as cPanel, ...

Re: Zimbra suddently extremely slow, multiples java process eat more than 100% Cpu, bug or compromized server?
ZCS works perfectly on PVE + ZFS (even on not so fast ZFS, it's hardly worse than the good old hardware manage RAID5 we've seen hundreds of time)...
