Issue with PHP version?

As you upgraded ZCS, you upgraded the PHP version running on the server.
But the PHP code of web interface for CBpolicy might not be compatible with the newer PHP version.

Maybe the deployment risk is linked to the new backup system?

Is the zimbraPublicServiceHostname (and Port and Protocol) correctly setup for the domain?

Are you using the same port for auth with Outlook and TB ? Outlook would default to 465 while Thunderbird to 587 (submission). Here's what I have in master.cf for port 465: 465 inet n - n - - smtpd -o content_filter=scan:[127.0.0.1]:10030 -o smtpd_sasl_auth_enable=yes -o smtpd_tls_wrappermode=yes # ...

Just learnt the Classic UI will be discontinued at some point (ie: when Synacor consider their Modern UI finished enough).
