Did you read any of the wiki articles (or forum threads) on implementing cbpolicyd? If you didn't I'd suggest atrting there and following those instructions.

You could do rate limiting fairly easily if you used Rspamd. ;)

If you're having a problem with cbpolicyd then why don't you post all the steps you've tried to see if anyone could help you with the problem.

Yes, if you have multiple IP addresses but out of context (you haven't given any details of your ZCS & firewall set-up) it's something you'll have to decide.

Which browser and how long has this been happening? Have you tried another browser to see if the problem happens there as well. Is this actually Zimbra Desktop or the web UI to the ZCS server?

That's the default domain name that's created when you install ZCS unless you changed it when asked to do so by the install script. BTW, this has been asked and answered many time in the forums.
