How about doing an internet search for ""how to" zimbra sync_response.xml and see if that returns any use ful info, sorry I don't know the answer to your question.

Do an internet search using the title of this thread and try some of the solutions you'll find.

I've had a few days without error but this morning it's changed to: "504 Gateway Time-out" and it's just as annoying as the "Bad Gateway" which I'm also getting this morning.

Problem was still occurring earlier this morning but for me it seems fixed from about: 11:21:23 BST 2025

IIRC, there is no password recovery (I could be wrong), you can solve the problem by resetting the password. Do an internet search for the following:

Why don't you just disable dnscache and it will stay like that?

For a mail server you need a 'public' reverse DNS record - you need to fix that.
