libdb3.so.3 is require and does not ship with Dapper Drake
Now most things start. Except logger and snmp. Any ideas? I can find no relevant output. Otherwise I can get into both the administrative console and the user screen

Starting LDAP - FAIL. Ubuntu, dapper
THanks Bobby, this gave me some clues as to where to look. Turned out that the problem was my attempt to fake zimbrar into using 0.9.8 of openssl with the symlinks. Obtaining a copy of 0.9.7 resolved the problem with ldap. Since Dapper ships with 0.9.8 this is likely to effect everybody who attempts...

Starting LDAP - FAIL. Ubuntu, dapper
I have attempted to install zcs 3.1.4 on Ubuntu Dapper Drake. My situation: almost a virgin machine. any software that has been installed is not active so there are no port conflicts I did nned to create symbolic links to libssl and libcrypto as Dapper uses 0.9.8 and zcs excpected 0.9.7. Other than ...

Thanks Kevin, but though placing my mouse over the 'sash' does produce the customary grab handles and I can pull the sash down, thus reducing my viewing space, I cannot pull it up beyond the point where 6 six headers are visible. This leaves only a small space beneath the mail header for text. If yo...

I am sure that I have overlooked some feature of Zimbra and I am looking forward to being corrected, but my problem appears to be this... Using Zimbra 3.0.0_M3_381 I would like to be able to view a mail in a conversation in the entire right hand pane of the screen. i.e. without the lines for each ot...

verity licensing
I notice in the documentation that Verity is flagged as proprietary. Can anybody clarify the licensing implications of this component?

I have been looking at the scheduling of meetings and coordinating this activity with the corporate Exchange activity. I have, so far, found the following: 1. inviting a zimbra user from outlook allows the zimbra user to accept the meeting 2. inviting an outlook user from zimbra provides the outlook...
