Deploying Zimlets
Hello. We need to disable the phone zimlet as well. We already have a click to dial setup that works with the browser to dial the number by passing a command to the PBX and making the user's phone start dialing out. It doesn't work with zimbra because all the numbers have already been converted to c...

Outlook connector available as .exe for Wine install?
Hi all. I'm attempting to get Outlook 2003 and the Zimbra connector running under Wine (CrossOver office, actually.) I've got Outlook running fine, but have run into the following problem when attempting to install the Zimbra connector: Since the Outlook connector is distributed as a .msi file, I ha...

I've noticed that the ldap server does not require authentication also. So if it were open on the internet, anybody could connect with an ldap client and view your GAL. Is there a way to require authenticatiion for accessing the the zimbra ldap server?

Message sort order- Change to date sent as in header instead of date received to Zimb
I haven't found a good workaround for this, but I have found one. Copying messages from local folders in Thunderbird to the Zimbra server results in the dates getting all screwed up when viewed through the Zimbra web client. They still show correctly in other clients. Copying messages up from "...

Question about usage and meaing of options with zmtlsctl
Okay. Now I now this sounds weird, but it seems as though when I select "http" or "both" (and restart tomcat) that it breaks SMTP authentication. Does this command modify anything that could break SMTP authentication (me sending mail through my server from an email program that s...

Blackberry integration
[quote user="17514Scott"]No doubt this is far from ideal, but I am currently using Wireless IMAP (to the Zimbra server) and a tethered sync for calendar (with Outlook via forwarding my appointments) to support my Blackberry habit. I'm equally hungry for full "over the air" sync.[...
