Isn't there a tool that can backup and restore. I forgot what it's called but there's a trial version that can work.
And ye, my 10.x is empty.

So how can I achieve my goal? To migrate my 8.x data to my 2nd 10.x server ?

Can I use the rsync method to move my 8.x data to my 10.x server?
The 8.x server is centos and the 10.x server is ubuntu. But I' guessing that since I'm only moving configs and data that the distro should not matter.
Both are community versions

I'm using zcs 8.8.15 which is suppose to have a chat server built in. But whenever anyone logs in, we get "The zextras chat server is not installed or is currently disabled:.
I don't understand that message seeing that the zextras suite is not installed.

The write up on Zimbra chat states that it works on Zimbra desktop but I can't find it anywhere. Is there some special config I must do to activate it?
I\m using ZCS 8.7.9 and the latest desktop.
