Attempting to Add 2 mailboxes on one Zimbra Web Client
IMAP access has to be turned on both at the server and COS/user levels. From the "Error: LOGIN failed" message I'm guessing that maybe it is enabled at the server level, but not for this particular user.

Problem to conect to the Admin interface for 8.0.2_GA_5569 after installing apache
ZCS is really designed to best run on a dedicated server. It has its own "instances" of Apache and MySQL, as well as other software. Once you start trying to install these packages individually you are bound to run into port conflicts, configuration issues, etc. Not saying it is impossible...

Sending mail from Thunderbird - Error incorrect greeting
I may be wrong but I believe port 993 is used for securely receiving IMAP/S email, not sending email. I haven't used Thunderbird in a long time, but isn't there a separate spot in the settings to set-up an outgoing mail server? Typically it would be an SMTP server using port 25, or 587 for secure SM...

What port do you have configured for sending email in Thunderbird? Seems like you might be using an IMAP port instead of SMTP, or something like that.

setup zimbra relayer
You might want to check out the Split Domain wiki page. It's typically used in helping to migrate to Zimbra from some over email system, but no real reason it can't be used on a long-term basis. Your biggest challenge will probably be figuring out how to forward email from your existing system to th...

Third Party Antivirus - How To !!
In my opinion the best way to do this would be to run a 3rd party anti-virus/spam gateway in front of your Zimbra server and then pass incoming email through this gateway. Theoretically though, since Zimbra uses amavisd, which supports other anti-virus software, you could install one of these suppor...

Receiving multiple away / vacation / OOF messages during a user's vacation
Just to expand on the previous response, there is an administrative setting called "Out of office cache lifetime". This can be set to anything from a number of days down to a number of seconds. This is the time between messages from a sender for which the "OoO" message will be se...

Send Later Feature in Zimbra 8
In ZCS 7.2 at least the "send later" feature is an option that can be set at the Class of Service and/or User level. Perhaps your setting was changed for some reason when you upgraded. Not running ZCS 8.0 yet, so I can't verify that the option still exists.

Zimbra without postfix
Sorry, but pretty confusing post. Postfix is part of the Zimbra install. If you are running ZCS and don't have /opt/zimbra/postfix then something is wrong with your installation, whether it was done intentionally or not.

Bind is really not that difficult to setup for Zimbra purposes. You can pretty much follow the Wiki page and it should work. It seems like dnsmasq should read /etc/hosts, but it doesn't look like it is happening in your case. Like I said, I don't really know dnsmasq well enough to offer any suggesti...
