Try setting the accounts inactive, see if that helps.

postconf -e canonical_maps=hash:/opt/zimbra/conf/canonical

put "@zimbra.example.com @example.com" into the canonical file

postmap canonical

postfix stop

postfix start

Problem is that there is nowhere on the cos to set a signature.

I was actually looking for a way to setup signatures for all users at once when I migrate them from exchange.

When opening attachments from an email in zimbra, it always cause a new blank window to open, any way to stop this?

In the preferences for user administration there is an option to set the signature to the COS value, but no where in the cos can i set a signature. Where do I set this?

On many messages the zimbra interface fails to wrap the text of each line and causes the user to scroll side to side constantly to read an email. Any ideas?
