How to use Mobile to update calendar on the Storm
Hello all, I have a customer with NE, and he just got a Storm. He loves the Zimbra interface (coming from a Palm). He doesn't understand why he can't sit at his desk and edit his calendar like he did with the Palm desktop. I told him this is what Zimbra was for. But when we go into Storm, he sees th...

[SOLVED] LDAP / slapd - Database environment corrupt (Issue & Solution)
I just keep having customers do 'customer' stuff... and then I visit the forums to figure out what they have 'customer'd' up! This was also a power loss. I followed everything and this is what happened.. 1. # su - zimbra 2. $ ldap stop 3. $ cd /opt/zimbra/openldap-data 4. $ /opt/zimbra/sleepycat/bin...

Deferred, but good.. I think..
Thanks! That could definitely be what some of this is. I will look into what else I can do to keep them from getting into the deferred queue... I see in a quick look at the doc that there are some other steps. Does anyone know how long things will sit in the deferred queue with Zimbra? My real conce...

Deferred, but good.. I think..
Thanks! 4.5.10 on Ubuntu 6.06.1. I have done a couple of the tweaks mentioned on the wiki, but nothing drastic. My dns is fine (/etc/hosts and nslookups have been checked..). Everything is actually great, I am just trying to explain to this customer why every day we are adding around 75 emails to th...

Deferred, but good.. I think..
Nobody knows this? I can't find it anywhere in searching. There isn't a default for how long something will sit in the deferred queue?

Deferred, but good.. I think..
Hello all, I got another customer on Zimbra, they couldn't be happier. I am trying to teach them the things to look for on a day-to-day admin basis so they can take this over. I have done a couple of small installations so I know most of the 'gotchas'. On this particular install, they have been up a...

How do I get enough HAM?
I have searched through a bunch of stuff on SPAM/HAM and I can find an amazing amount of customization. I have read a bunch on sending Spam as attachments and that you need 200 Spam and 200 Ham. I am not having a problem getting the Spam pump primed, but Ham is mail that was marked as Spam and isn't...
