[SOLVED] Zimbra on DRBD

Under /opt, we have 360GB. 169GB of this is /opt/zimbra/backups. Now, we want to replicate mail over the WAN ... obviously, a DRBD device that gets 85GB written to it each day needs some significant bandwidth to keep up. (169GB is for two days' worth of full Zimbra NE backups)So, I'm thinkin...

[SOLVED] Redologs

Alright! So nice to find the magic thread that addresses my issue. We nuked the incremental schedule some time ago (for a reason I can't recall) and only have a full and delete job scheduled. Sheesh...glad to have found this answer.

problem hard disk space?

Raul, did you ever get a reply to this? I have been doing HSM processes, where I try to move 30% of the e-mail to another volume, only to find a very small fraction of that space actually freed up. Guess I'll have to keep searching...edit: I discovered my problem. We disabled incremental bac...

HSM Failure

...and the fix for that is... ??? I don't understand what it's doing with the files in the link() statement. In my error, neither parameter of the link() function exist:ls: /opt/zimbra/hsm01/0/173/msg/0/2396-13956.msg: No such file or directory ls: /opt/zimbra/hsm01/0/174/msg/0/2523-11289.ms...

[SOLVED] Missing BLOB errors from zimbra-4.5.10

I have some blobs that are obviously supposed to be in the mailbox (just a handfull) and I have no idea how to get Zimbra to create the corresponding mysql entries so it'll show them. I assumed a reindex on the mailbox would fix that, but it doesn't. (Which makes me wonder what the reindexin...

[SOLVED] Missing BLOB errors from zimbra-4.5.10

I ran into a problem during this recent case, where I finally got an calendar (ICS format) to export, and imported it successfully. Then, for some reason, I rsync'd the blobs from that restored account which had the in-tact calendar, and I suddenly realized I had 2x the mail items for the mailbo...

[SOLVED] Missing BLOB errors from zimbra-4.5.10

I have this same problem, but It appears that my user hasn't had any blob files for quite some time, and it has only become an issue because her mailbox stopped receiving new messages the other day. I saw log entries saying mail was delivered, but then it'd never appear.Long story short, I e...

[SOLVED] zimbra-proxy limitations

Here's my situation. We have an existing stand-alone zimbra system in a data center that the company (worldwide) accesses. I want to increase response time for one location, and free up a little disk space, so I installed another server on-site that I'll move all of those employees' mail...

Calendar Module : errormsg 'A folder with name 'X' already exists'

I have a similar problem, except this is where the folder does exists, doesn't let you create one with that name, and is associated with e-mails when you perform a search.Basically, the run-down of my scenario is:1. User says, "Hey, where's my Stoneridge folder?" 2. I tried to re-c...
