That should work for new sent messages only.

The old ones are hold as is.

the fix is integrated to 5.0.16 line too.

So you may ask support to provide latest 5.0.16 ZCO build.

After you remove mapi32.dll in %SYSTEM32% you need to replace mapistub.dll also in %SYSTEM32% with right version (you can take from clean Outlook install with the same SPs and updates installed) and after that run fixmapi.exe.

Get logs and post or PM when sync stops working.

Also there are some fixed about that in the 5.0.12 version.

It should be already available now.

You could try and if it is not resolved gather logs and post them.

Try to remove %SYSTEM32%mspst32.dll. That is the culprit.

That can be because you copied old ZDB.

So create new profile and if there is no emails synced enable logging and post or PM logs.
