2 problems with Ctrl ++:

- Icons are pixelated

- You have to hit the key combination every time you start ZDC

Can we adjust the font size?

I mean the Zimbra Desktop Client, in Linux. The whole interface has small blurry fonts while other linux apps have sharp large fonts.

It's too small and the Java font rendering in Linux is pretty bad :(

GUI very slow

Am I the only one who finds the GUI so slow? You click, nothing happens, you drag, the element doesn't follow, the hand-cursor shows up over elements that aren't clickable, you can't resize the left menu even if there's a resize handler... I'm using IE 7 on WinXP. I tried Opera but Zimbra doesn't ev...

Yes, I agree, but in this case, Python/C++ would have been better and lighter than Java.

Thank you, actually it's easier to create a webmail with calendaring, contacts, wiki, and instant messaging in PHP. The only thing you wouldn't have been able to do is indexing in real time as Zimbra seems to do.

I used to have RoundCube on my servers and then I saw in a forum a suggestion to use Zimbra, from their web site the application looks, open-source, etc... Man...What a dissapointment...Why on earth using Java? It's such a bad and heavy technology! I mean, come on, 1GB minimum requirement for RAM me...
