I reinstalled ver 7, and then Reset and Removed user's account in "Setup". Reconfigured her, and it seems like it's working OK.

Hi- Running Zimbra for a small (25-user) domain.

A site manager asked me if we can somehow prevent a single user from deleting any messages, or at least keep them from emptying their trash folder.

Is there somthing we can do like this?

OK, I upgraded to v2B3, and in preferences, ttick is marked to use ZDC as default (AND it's greyed out, so i can't even unselect it).

But unless I need to reboot, a mailto link on random webpage still opens Thunderbird...
