Any updates on this?
I do not see any other mentions in the forum regarding Heuristics.Encrypted.PDF
I would like to allow these files to pass through to the customers mailbox.

The only other way I've seen it work is by using the reply feature, then change the address to, and it goes through okay.
I'd urgently like to see a fix for this issue as well on the server side.

Perhaps it was the backup from last night, got an email stating it hung at 2am.

restarting it seemed to help, Java was taking up all the CPU it seemed. Will monitor today, just wondering if anyone else had any other issues.

I'm still having this issue although less frequently now. Any thoughts, it is just totally bizarre to receive about 150 disk warning messages, watching the disk usage via email go from 56% to 100% - seeing zimbra restart the services itself. The emails come in about 2 hours later, and when I log in ...
