I am seeing this same issue with the 6.0.7 ZCS Appliance. Once the install completes, it attempts to rename the domain. Once complete, the domain is shutdown and cannot be moved from this status. Any ideas?

Having the same issue on only one of our servers in the cluster. All other servers report the proper server status.
Checked /var/log/zimbra-stat.log and it appears the one server showing down, is reporting it's status correctly via syslog.

I was wondering if a resolution was found to this issue? We are seeing this currently where Notes:// links are being replaced with "about:blank", but can be seen in the source of the message in the WebUI.
Any input would be appreciated!

Sounds as though we are try to do something similar, but I am running into an issue. I have modified /opt/zimbra/jetty/webapps/service/zimlet/com_zimbra_url/com_zimbra_url.xml to include our new handler. We did our upgrade to 5.0.16 and are still experiencing the issue. Guess we'll have to do a bit more digging.

I would think that a point-in-time restore to a new account would be of use. Then re-importing the calendar into the production account, if I'm understanding you correctly. I am unaware of a way to pull out just calendar items. See: Restore Procedures
