Wrong message header

You can try searching Bugzilla for your issue and if you can't find it submitting a bug. Beyond that my guess would be it's a bug in Office 2007 as I have never seen this issue in any of my IMAP clients.

Hotmail Support in Zimbra Deskop 2

You can blame Hotmail for not supporting IMAP like any system really should. Zimbra fully supports IMAP, but Hotmail only supports POP connections for external clients (and they used to not even support that!).

Exporting Zimbra Contacts and Email into Yahoo Account

How exactly do you have your email backed up? Was this from a version of Zimbra Desktop, and if so which version?
Where did the .csv file come from, the Yahoo web interface or ZD? And where are you trying to import it back?

NE have Digital Signatures?

This is not currently supported in Zimbra yet. The relevant bug is: Bug 11524 - DKIM/DK signing support in Amavisd. According to Comment #36 this is waiting on Amavis 2.7.0 which has not been released yet. If you need to implement DKIM before this can be fixed in an official Zimbra release a quick s...

service.FAILURE: system failure: Unable to connect to IMAP server:

Sounds like the IMAP server settings were entered incorrectly on the laptop, or there is a firewall/proxy on the laptop preventing access to the server.
