Re: There were X failed login attempts since the last successful login
I am seeing the same problem on my server. Looks like there is a failed login attempt at around 3:30 am and again a few seconds later. Here is a snippet from zimbra.log Apr 13 03:33:09 xxserver su: FAILED SU (to zimbra) root on none The server is firewalled from any external ssh access or admin acce...

Users unable to change password in a multi-server environment
Still no response from anyone? I hooked up a sniffer and verified that the user's browser is making calls to the proxy server on port 8443. (Isn't port 8443 was reserved for comm between nginx and webapp?). Please, we need someone with multi-server setup to test and confirm. Perhaps I have a bad con...

Users unable to change password in a multi-server environment
Installed Zimbra 8.6.0_GA (1153.RHEL6)64 FOSS) in a multiserver environment (Server 1: LDAP) (Server 2: MTA and PROXY) (Server 3: Mail Store). All is well except users cannot change passwords. It appears that the Change Password link is called on port 8443 instead of 443. Can anybody else reproduce...

Zimbra as corporate mail account server
Consider using the ZCS Archiving and Discovery module (part of NE Edition). While it will not prevent users from deleting messages, there will always be an archived copy.

OCS build issue. on Going build issues.
Quandt,
I am also getting the same error when I try to build 6.04 in Debian (32-bit).
Maybe, something got messed up in the distribution? I downloaded the dist using perforce following Wiki instructions (GNR on Debian).
Thanks.

Network Zimlets not installing
After a restore of ZCS 6.04, none of the etwork edition zimlets were deployed. When we tried to manually deploy the backup_restore zimlet with "zmzimletctl deploy /opt/zimbra/zimlets-network/com_zimbra_backuprestore.zip " it failed. Below is a portion of the mailbox.log: 2010-07-15 21:44:1...
