Dear Joerg
I have check that acutally we have some other server with 8.8.15 with new installation was running fine. Just this upgrade version has some issues
So not sure what was the cause and try to nail the issues for event in case other may have the same problem in admin.

After upgrading to 8.8.15 OSS, Admin gui keep in loading page
can function at all. in terminal service looks all fine.
And client login is fine

if you are using NE version, you should be able to sync with all contact and calenders with outlook with outlook connector.
But if you on the OSS, There is import and export function.

the problem may have been caused by the seat Guest OS on the VM.
it was running very slow because the IO issues.
I have tested install clean version both 7.1.0 and 7.2.0 works ok
So please help mark it solve then
But I found the forums respond time is not as good as before.

problem after upgrade from 7.1 to 7.2
After restarting the zimbra , CLI show everything running still, and try to web GUI again, it show the login page. But after typing in, and login, 500 Error again
