[SOLVED] web client timezone display problem

To complete the answer my own question, the incorrect display of calendar events was due to outdated timezone information in /opt/zimbra/conf/timezones.ics (thanks to John in Zimbra support for pointing me at this file). This is in ZCO 4.5, however I have now found other forum messages (link) which ...

[SOLVED] web client timezone display problem

To at least answer my own question, in part, having installed this update it does not solve the problem of calendar events in October displaying an hour later than they should. The release notes from Apple say: "Java for Mac OS X 10.4, Release 6 adds support for the latest Daylight Saving Time ...

[SOLVED] web client timezone display problem

My problem is that calendar events occurring in most of October are displaying 1 hour too late in the web interface. Editing the event shows the correct start time and the correct timezone is set for the event, for the user and on the server and client computers. The server is OS X 10.4.11 which has...

[quote user="jholder"]**Not official Zimbra advice, But I'd remove the /opt/zimbra/clamav/db dir, and upgrade to 4.5.6 :)[/QUOTE] I'm hoping someone can alert me to the consequences of removing clamav/db. Does an upgrade install anything into clamav/db/? I have backups of the whole of /opt...

[SOLVED] Antivirus not running, sending all mail to deferred queue

OS X Disk Utility found damaged directories and repaired them. Disk verified OK after this. Ran the 4.5.5 installer as an upgrade and ran zmsetup without problems. After all the services had started up zmcontrol status showed anti-virus stopped. Clamd is still dying and was again causing mail to get...

[SOLVED] Antivirus not running, sending all mail to deferred queue

Thanks, will check the disk first, then run the installer as an upgrade. Was hoping to avoid anything too invasive, but this looks like a sensible way to go and I have a low usage window coming up within the next day.

[quote user="jholder"]can you cat /opt/zimbra/conf/clamd.conf[/QUOTE] Certainly, here it is. I have not made any changes to this file, and it doesn't appear to be corrupted. But somewhere there is something corrupted or locked after the kernel panic that stopped the machine. dosy:~/log zim...

Antivirus not running after setup

I managed to get mail flowing again by turning off antivirus in the web admin, then flushing the postfix queues with postqueue -f. I have since re-enabled antivirus and it still is not starting correctly, but mail is not accumulating in the deferred queue. 'zmcontrol status' gives: antispam Running ...
