In the interest of time I decided to simply reissue the SSL certificate. I don't know what happened but it has been resolved. Tho, I had to use the command line to install the new certificate. The certificate wizard in the admin console kept giving errors when trying to create a new CSR.

[SOLVED] Upgrade from 5.0.8 to 5.0.18 breaks installed commercial SSL certificate
Hello, I performed the upgrade from ZCS Network Edition 5.0.8 to 5.0.18 just a bit ago... everything appeared to go fine with the update. After I updated I tried to login to the admin console and was presented with a warning from Firefox that my commercial SSL certificate was the certificate from tw...

Full and Incremental Backups occuring at same time...
hmm, that bug has been resolved and is in the version we have installed. However, it looks like it might be related. It could be that Zimbra thinks there is a newly created account (each day) and keeps creating a full backup? I hate to burn a support incident on something like this but I guess you d...

external ldap redundancy

Is this valid? Or one of those undocumented features that is likely to break in the future? I currently have a...

Migrating From FirstClass
Sherry, We just migrated from an old version of FirstClass (Old OS 9 version). We didn't use the calendaring so I only needed to be concerned with mail. We are a small business with just a few mailboxes so the migration while sometimes difficult wasn't as painful since I only had about 25 mailboxes ...

[SOLVED] Installing existing SSL certificates (solved)
[quote user="jbnance"]Hi, Things are almost working perfectly. When users visit the ssl version of the web ui their browsers are reporting that they do no recognize the CA which issued the certificate. The correct cert is being displayed, and I imported the CA's certificate (DigiCert) into...
