Outlook 2013, activesync, and shared folders
So I was playing with 2013 against 8.0.4 to see how activesync works, and so far so good but does anyone have any idea how to open a shared folder in this mode?

Error in Log: „unable to construct SOAP context“
I never found a way to force outlook to do that, my solution is to mention it to the user, and then ignore the errors.

Multiple accounts using outlook connector?
I don't think it is possible as full sync accounts, I think that is on Outlook a Im not sure you can add multiple exchange accounts to the same profile. You can add imap accounts to a profile with a connector and you can open shared folders from multiple accounts.

Zimbra 8 high CPU usage

I've just ran into this after an upgrade to 7.2.2
My problem is that the mailstores already have these options set correctly so for me the KB article doesn't really help.

Archiving question
Does anyone have good way of importing all the existing mail for a user into the archiving/discovery account that only catches new activity when you turn on archiving? I was thinking of just doing an import/export into that account, but I wondered if anyone had a better way?

New installs of Zimbra 8 using 100% CPU.
Have you tried restarting the server itself? I mean the OS, not zimbra, that seemed to have solved the CPU issue for me.
