Is that on your internal network too or just the internet? Is the VM running low on resources? Do you use a proxy server on your network? are the exceptions set via a GPO that refreshes now and then?

they are just from a normal account replying (automatically) back to the user who sent the message. According to our ISP they are blocking the messages. Something to do with the headers. i found an article about using mail envelopes, but decided against it as it can cause mail loops.
