Is that on your internal network too or just the internet? Is the VM running low on resources? Do you use a proxy server on your network? are the exceptions set via a GPO that refreshes now and then?

Out of office issues

they are just from a normal account replying (automatically) back to the user who sent the message. According to our ISP they are blocking the messages. Something to do with the headers. i found an article about using mail envelopes, but decided against it as it can cause mail loops.

Sorry for the slow reply, the server is offline so im not getting notifications.. must change my address on here.. thanks for the info. Very helpful. one account came up quite a lot. I will change its password. Im going to enforce password complexity for the whole domain I think..
