It has 3 gigs of RAM. Just Zimbra runs on this except for a couple backups each night which takes a bunch of RAM because it compresses. The graph is the RAM usage for a week. IPTables isn't installed. It checks every 5 minutes.
It usually doesn't take to long to kick a user out after they get on their mail in the morning. So it won't happen again during the day, only after the night.

Any chance you have any other ideas, it might take a while to test without the firewall, so just wondering.

Not really, I just have syslogs from it. Its just a small safe@office checkpoint. But maybe I can try a client without the firewall

All users are being kicked out of the Web Client after they have been logged in. The time can vary and its hard to see exactly how long they are logged in first.
