Is there a way to force all users to use the same font and type size for all signatures?
So they would still be able to put what ever they want in the signature but they would all use the same Font and all have the same type size.

I plan on upgrading the memory on our server to twice the current amount. Will I need to do any Zimbra related configuration changes after the memory has been upgraded?

I was wondering if it's possible to have Zimbra instant messaging work together for one site that is NE and one that is open source. Would it be possible to have users from each site communicate via IM to each other? Both sites are using external LDAP.

Is there any way to disable the ability to forward with a filter? The "allow the user to specify a forwarding address" is not checked but if I enable the filter to forward, the messages will forward.
