We have the Zimbra server 7.2.4. On our downloads/index.html, I found the Zimbra Connectors for Outlook, 32- and 64-bit, .MSI files. I downloaded it 6 times before I got one that was not corrupted. It helped to turn off antivirus (McAfee VirusScan) during the download. Whew!

Why not use Outlook archiving? For my mail, I enabled archiving on some folders, with different characteristics on each, going to a few different .pst external mail folders.
