The terms of Service I understand spell out that Google can search through the stored content and use it as they see needed.
Can't seem to find the paid service TOS online.
Thanks - Good feedback here.

Choosing Zimbra over gmail and google apps?
I can see the value in running your own service and being able to make changes to the code, add-ons like zimlets.
Staying with a particular version.
Being able to access the data directly, control over availability and response time.
Integration with other products like Alfresco?

Choosing Zimbra over gmail and google apps?
I'm looking for a recent comparison of Zimbra platform and googles gmail/calendar platform for an organizations use. Not personal use, not the free versions of either. There have been comparisons online but they are all a few years old. I'm looking for compelling arguments to use one platform over a...

Thunderbird 3 not connecting with 6.0.5
Trying to get Thunderbird 3 to act as a client to our zimbra 6.0.5 64bit install. Followed the settings on the wiki(though they are for thunderbird 2) but it acts like the password is incorrect and thunderbird is unable to download messages. (log on to server failed message). I've tried changing the...

Attaching a link to a shared drive file
Voted !
Is their another way to share file links?
notebook or something?
It would make more sense to add the link feature to the attachment button, so you can browse to get the correct path and file name.
Can this be integrated with office so you can do a "send to".

How do I do an email merge with the webclient?
I don't understand. I have the data I need, both the text of the message and the email addresses. What I don't have is the method. Word expects a MAPI email client. I understand that Thunderbird is possible to use. Is there a zimbra MAPI equivalent? I don't want to use Thunderbird, I'd prefer to use...

How do I do an email merge with the webclient?
Frequently we do email mail merges from office, where we have a typed letter in ms word with a few merge fields, then have an excel spreadsheet as the data source that contains the merge fields and the email addresses. Can we do email merge with the Zimbra webmail client? or at least similar if not ...
