iPad sync issues

My user still has this annoying issue of her iPad not syncing properly with the ZCS Server anymore. It happens about once monthly. Any idea how to trace the issue or how to fix sync issues permanently are very welcome.

Hi, fullchain.pem should be replaced with the file name of your certification chain. The instructions I use add the root chain and chain.pem to fullchain.pem. Hi The issue is in the old certificate that has expired. Check your .pem files with openssl crl2pkcs7 -nocrl -certfile fullchain.pem | openssl pkcs7 -noout -print_certs It should look like subject=CN = <your domain> issuer=C = US, O = Let's Encrypt, CN = R3 subject=C = US, O = Let's Encrypt, CN = R3...

I had the same issue that iPad users did not see content of the inbox anymore using the safari browser. After emptying the jetty work directory, the problem is fixed.
