Well yes it will import xls documents, but not as real spreadsheets.

What it becomes after a import is basically a html table to insert information.

What i am looking for is a real spreadsheet with formulas etc. (like the one you can insert in a Page, but you cant paste info into it)

So would you go from 4.5.6 straight to 5.0.x or would you upgrade to the latest 4.5.x and then go 5.0.x ?

We run a Zimbra 4.5.6 NE on RHEL4 with about 100 users and now we really need to migrate this to 5.0.x. We are looking at Ubuntu 8.04 LTS + Zimbra 5.0.x (since we use debian on other services). This did the trick!

Now there are lots of crontabs under the zimbra user.

Doesnt seem that the zmsetup.pl script changed any of my settings either.
