We don´t have the plan to use the ZCS inmediatly because our mail is hosted.
But if necesary we can install a ZCS locally for the migration.

I tried to upgrade ZimbraDesktop from build 1083 to build 1119 and failed. It detected the previous installation, uninstalled this version and when installing send this errors: c:zimbrazdesktop.jettywebappszimbraimg ote sImgSharedSection.gig Could not create this file.
