I think your statement "because you can not "proxy" any https or any secure port" is totally wrong. If you couldnot proxy https port it doesnot mean its not possible in zimbra.

I dont think zimbra has that functionality

Are you looking for DR scenario or recovering from backup ?

Seems antivirus has some issues. Just disable it for the time being and start MTA again and in meantime analyse what went wrong in AV

This has always been a issue on UI. Better use command line for this.

Depends of you still preserve the old logs or if user set it recently. logs get purged by default every week. If you have logs search mailbox.log

You can change the crontab 30 23 * * * for /opt/zimbra/libexec/zmdailyreport -m. Thats not an issue.

zimbraSmtpHostname = for outgoing mails

zimbraMailTransport = for incoming mails

What behaviour you see ?
