iCal in Lion and CalDAV
Hello all, I upgraded to Lion yesterday and now I'm having issues with iCal (CalDAV) and ZCS 7.1.1. I have multiple calendars in my Zimbra account and whenever I want to move an appointment between calendars, iCal shows the following error: The server responded with an error. The request for “Te...

Set XMPP priority
Hi all, My company uses the XMPP IM service on some user's mobile phones and that's been working great. However when they are logged in the web or desktop client and a message arrives, they get notified both on the client and on the phone. The XMPP protocol has the priority functionality in order to...

Z-Push Zimbra Backend (Push Email, Contacts, Appointments & Tasks)
Just o followup to my load issues, I managed to lower it by disabling virtual calendars for an user which had 3 really filled calendars (subscriptions). Anyway, I still feel the server gets pretty busy by just two users and I think it has something to do with polling the mailboxes for changes after ...

Z-Push Zimbra Backend (Push Email, Contacts, Appointments & Tasks)
Sure there is some problem here then... these two phones are actually an implementation test. I turned off both phones and still get stuff in debug.txt. Is this how it's supposed to be? It seems to me there are several thing being done in double, although I only see 3 different pids in the log. BTW ...

Z-Push Zimbra Backend (Push Email, Contacts, Appointments & Tasks)
Does any of you notice a high increase in CPU usage when z-push clients are connected? Zimbra's main java process goes from almost no cpu usage to a steady 100%-200% with only two clients. Load average goes from 0.50 to 4.0-5.0. Using z-push 1.4 and backend revision 42 and the two clients are WM6.5,...

Z-Push Zimbra Backend (Push Email, Contacts, Appointments & Tasks)
Hi all Does anyone have issues forwarding mails from a WM 6.5 device? If I forward an email, only the text I enter up to the signature is sent, nothing below is sent. However, if I click the "edit message" button (in the yellow strip), then the whole message is sent. Is this intended behav...

Contact email wrong when using iCal
Is the email setup correctly in mail? If mail is setup with sender email as postmaster@domain it will look like the event came from that address.
Yes, it's the only account I use in Zimbra: http://i25.tinypic.com/20q1gly.png /> Now the "me" card in ...

Contact email wrong when using iCal
Hi all I'm using ZCS 5.0.18 OSS and iCal 3.0.7 (Mac OS X 10.5.7) via CalDAV. When I create an appointment with attendees from Zimbra Web, the invitation correctly shows my email as the organizer: http://i26.tinypic.com/5oypnk.png /> However when using iCal, the invitation shows postmaster as the org...

Turning Off downloading of IMAP mail
Totally agree with LaFong. ZD should behave like TB, download only headers of messages of the inbox, then if you click on a message, download it and then keep it in the local cache. Same thing for the other mail folders. And in TB, if you still want to keep your entire mailbox cached, there's an opt...
