memcached amplification attack
Is this anything we need to be concerned about? My server is behind a firewall and doesn't allow the port addressed in the article.

Re: Preventing spoofed email
I've gotten both SPF and DKIM set up and working. I also have DMARC set up in DNS. I've sent some messages to gmail and I see that gmail is validating the SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records fine. I would like to be able to somehow prevent someone from spoofing the From: header in email messages to make it...

Re: Preventing spoofed email
Thanks. Definitely looking into it. I do have SPF set up. Haven't done anything with DKIM.quanah wrote:and again, if you want to prevent people spoofing from MTAs that are not under your control, you need to implement DKIM and SPF.

Re: Preventing spoofed email
I just wanted to know how to prevent someone from sending mail into our system from ceo@domain.com to bob@domain.com, and having bob click something bad. I want to know how to add sender restrictions in Zimbra the correct way, without it being overwritten with a restart or an update.

Preventing spoofed email
Hello, I'm looking at preventing local email addresses from being spoofed to send to local recipients. I've been following the article at the following link. The article seems to be missing a step for 8.6. The article shows how to create the hash database, but doesn't show how it's applied to the Zi...

Password age
Hello,
I'm running Zimbra OSE 8.0.6. Is there a command that will tell me the age of a user's password? I would like to confirm whether or not a user had changed their password. I do not have a max age configured in Zimbra. Accounts do not expire.
Thanks,
Rod

Install without prompts
Hello, I'm running Zimbra 8.0.4 OSE. I have the production server synchronizing with a backup server on a regular basis. I have things set up so if I'm away on vacation and the production Zimbra server dies, my co-workers can bring up the backup server. Part of the process of bringing up the backup ...

Problem to training spam
I was having this problem. I found that there was an old message in the spam training account that zmtrainsa was having problems with. I deleted the message from the training account and the error went away.
