What did you do? The log suggest deleting /opt/zimbra/data/clamav/db/daily.cvd and /opt/zimbra/data/clamav/db/daily.cld, not the log file.

I'm not understanding what you try to say. Logs might provide you clues about what's wrong in your server.



In my experience with zimbra installation that doesn't startup most of the ansers were found in /var/log/zimbra.log

It's a warning. Remove the files and look what happens. If you don't feel comfortable with the idea backup them somewhere else.

Without being logged in the server,  I think that /opt/zimbra/log/clamd.log might be a good place to start.

From your logs, this line: Oct 1 14:12:38 impa postfix/smtp[8575]: connect to 127.0.0.1[127.0.0.1]:10024: Connection refused , suggests me that you might be having problems with amavis.
