Important: Zimbra security preference
Since this is found to be a major security risk, I have asked Zimbra Support if it's possible to untick this for everyone by default under CoS or disabled it in CLI without expecting every user to untick it themselves manually. Fortunately the answer is yes! $ zmprov mc default zimbraPrefShortEmailA...

Not receiving emails from some domains
FYI, we found out the reason. We were previously hosted on the same email server - SingTel. When we migrate out, SingTel failed to remove our domain from their email server, thus any email to us from their existing customers will be treated as internal email. We have got SingTel to remove our domain...

Important: Zimbra security preference
Recently, we have received some external emails that attempt to impersonate some of our colleagues for fraud. For example, when you receive an email from "Boss ", Zimbra will show Boss by default and you have no idea you will be replying to scam@gmail.com. In order to ensure that the full ...

Security against scammers and fake email address?
Is it possible to configure Zimbra such that outsiders who attempt to fake email account from one of our hosted domains will automatically get deleted or at least marked as spam? What about having a check to ensure that email sent from a domain must at least match the sender email domain? Also, when...

Zimbra RBLs is IP or domain based?
Under the Admin Console > Global Settings > MTA > DNS Checks > List of RBLs, may I know if it query from the RBLs for IP addresses or domain names? This is because I would like to add dbl.spamhaus.org, which is domain based, which I find will be more accurate to block spamming domains: DBL - The Spa...

issues with 400GB account?
We have an archive account where some of the emails sent and received will get bcc into this account thru postfix sender_bcc and recipient_bcc configuration. This account is reaching 400GB and today, all incoming email suddenly stop coming in and jam at the email queue. The error message is: Reason:...

Outdated Mobile Policy
1. New iPhone and Samsung phones comes with fingerprint login, which is more secured over pin login. However, if we enable "Force pin on device", Zimbra will insist that my Samsung S5 phone to switch to pin login. Is there anyway that we can force user to enable a login, but it doesn't hav...
