Do you mean to be able to view "Configure -> Domains -> domain.tld -> Mailbox Quota" menu? I think it might be doable by combining listDomain, modifyDomain, getDomainQuotaUsage and some other (negative) rights which will disallow modifying or viewing the rest of submenus. But I'm not 100%...
