I would like to continue to follow up on this matter, but our IT department has switched to another email service. And as such, I have started to use Thunderbird as my email client. This will have to be a feature install for later versions.

@gene, A couple of things to do. 1. Make a copy of the folder as listed in a previous reply. 2. Open Zimbra Desktop and set up the auto-archive option. 3. As far I as know is that the folder is automatically created when you select the auto-archive. I am using the desktop on a linux box, and there is no option for changing the folder, not sure if there is an option on a windows box.

I am having the same problem. At first I could not install at all due to having the wrong version(on-line vs off-line) of java installed and my firewall is disabled, but I get the same issue.

I did this and it worked. Looks like the online version of java can not be used. If your java -version does not report that the 64-Bit Server is not installed then your Zimbra install with fail. I fixed this with a download and install of the offline installer for Java. https://java.com/en/download/...

I appologize for this, but I believe one of the problems is that my mta server (bcmta) is too slow to handle this service. I will have to stop until I can get a replacement for it. Thank you for your help though.
