Re: Execute or apply a mail filter from the command line
I've been looking for this command too but looking at the help; it doesn't look like this is an option:- {actions}: keep discard fileinto "/path" tag "tag" flag "flag" mark read|flagged|priority redirect "address" reply "body-template" notify "a...

Re: Experiencing HTTP ERROR 504 - Need Assistance
We have been getting this too; it looks like it's to do with slow MySQL response.... Sometimes if the mailboxes get too big and these users have massive number of folders the SQL statements are really long and when a number of users all access the same time it causes this. You can look at optimising...

I just found the company who wrote the script is called Hodfords (https://www.hodfords.com/) - I just want to thank them for this really useful contribution and the migration script has been a life saver for us.

Re: Migration of 8.8.11 from Centos 7 to Ubuntu 20.04
Use this script; it's recently developed:- https://github.com/hodfords/zimbra-migration I migrated about 10 Zimbra instances using it and it's been great...... The script allows you to migrate emails, account passwords, domains, contacts, calendars, briefcases, auto-responders, filters, forwarders, ...

Re: Migrate FOSS 8.8.15 to fresh new Zimbra 10 Network Edition,
By the way - I found this really useful script that will migrate emails, calendars, briefcases, share settings, filters, contacts, etc. between any version of Zimbra to any linux distribution. So for instance, I've been able to migrate really old Zimbra instances from Centos 6 to rocky Linux 8. From...

Re: Centos 6 cannot upgrade to 8.8.15 P32
Around July 2022 - Support for upgraades for CentOS 6 was dropped......
Support for CentOS 7 is supposed to stop at the end of this year.
You can look at upgrading to CentOS 7 from CentOs 6.... There is a way to do it using rsync; without you having to re-install everything and doing a migration.

Re: Routing Emails from internal domain to external domain
For some reason Zimbra just does not recognise any wildcard characters in /opt/zimbra/postfix/conf/transportfile nor domain names and the directives given in the guide do not work at all:- http://www.postfix.org/transport.5.html The only way I could get it to work was by entering the actual email ad...

Re: MTA issue 8.6.0_GA
I had a similar issue upgrading to 8.8.15.... It was because you probably customised your postfix configuration at some point... Normal configuration:- su zimbra zmprov gs `hostname` | grep transport zimbraMtaSmtpTransportRateDelay: $default_transport_rate_delay zimbraMtaTransportMaps: proxy:ldap:/o...
