If you have admin access to View the user's mail from the Admin tool, check their Preferences->Filters to see if there is a filter in there that is forwarding a copy of the emails

Is that a copy/paste?

If so, you have misspelled "Score"

If they are identified as suspicious and/or spam, why would you pass them on to zimbra?

Does that domain have External Authentication setup? The zimbra password would be ignored, and the password reset may not pass through to the backend.
