I do not have an active support contract with zimbra. Because zimbra was not able to fix some of the other bugs i have whith zimbra.
And the bugs they was able to fix it need very long time ( 1 month and longer ).

I have found the Problem.

The server have to be able to connet to him selv by public IP.

Opening the firewall solved the problems.
