Re: zmprov/Zimbra CLI

jwgable wrote:Hello,

How does one access the Zimbra CLI or zmprov? I have seen many useful guides on using it, but none on how to actually access or install it.

Thank you.

From the Linux command line, switch to root

Once root, switch to the Zimbra profile with

su zimbra

Re: ASSP Spam Filter

Thanks I've just setup a separate CentOS 7 VM to install it to test, I was going to either install with Zimbra once I'm happy with it or keep separate, do you have any recommendations. Re: Link "Forgot my password" disappeared after upgrade to 8.8.9

Good point thanks Mark! Might've been best to start a new thread (as I'm running the latest 8.8.11 P3), anyway. This system has been upgraded from 8.8.9 (so maybe that's related). David, I followed those instructions on my 8.8.11 P2 install on one of my domains and it worked without issue (Don't kn...

Re: Zimbra migration questions

I've ordered another server, on which I plan to use to Zimbra 8.8.11 - on Ubuntu 18.04 Server.

Christopher,

Just an FYI.

Ubuntu 18.04 is not currently supported, you'll need to be installing 16.04,

Re: zimbra stop working after do-release-upgrade

Error: Unable to bind to the LDAP server as the root LDAP user. This is required to upgrade. Googling the above error indicates that the LDAP password is incorrect: https://wiki.zimbra.com/wiki/Upgrade_Script_Check_-_Validating_LDAP_configuration Is that the proper fix for your situation? I have no...
