Hi, I had to download and install on a test server the requested ZCS version, to access the admin console and download the ZCO msi. For some versions, the ZCO software can be downloaded from your Zimbra support portal also. BTW, I suggest you upgrade to ZCO 7.1.3 directly, as many bugs were resolved...

This solution is not fully working:
After setting an account and applying the changes you pointed, If I connect the Webadmin with this account I don't get the list of COS and Domains.
Any other way to have a real global admin without "view mail" hability ?

Fixed by upgrading first to 7.1.1, and then upgrade to 7.1.2
