Did you install Zimbra in /root or /opt??? the Zimbra user needs access to the bin dir to run stuff. /root is probably root access only. my 2 cents....

Am looking for help with upgrading my Zimbra instillation. Do I need to complete upgrading to each individual release or can I jump straight to the latest?
