The issue is that the file system (windows in our case) does not know how to open a MSG file directly as Zimbra is not a desktop application. Just an update. This is fixed. A TID had recommended forcing the version of ActiveSync to an older version due to certain mobile phones having issues sending messages. This release does not fix the issue and users are not going to be to willing to wait another release cycle to get this fixed. They are frustrated beyond believe since upgrading to 10 and I don't blame them. It is frustrating to support these issues.

Is there a time frame for the release?
The timezone issue is a little different than the details sections of a meeting not syncing. Hopefully they fixed both in the one patch.
