Re: Update Zimbra Certificate

Hi, This guide is quite good. https://wiki.zimbra.com/wiki/Administration_Console_and_CLI_Certificate_Tools Just make sure the validation works fine before installing your certificates (zmcertmgr verifycrt). As you don't explain which version of zimbra you have or how many servers, it is difficult t...

Re: ingresar externamente a zimbra

Re: External replier being asked for OUR server credentials

Hi,

I did not faced such issue, but your guessing makes sense. Can you run some tests like sending an email without the signature and replying to it? Just to pin the problem to some sort of permission access to any of the elemnts in the signature.

Re: Monitoring antispam activity

maybe I am not understanding the problem. Help me understand please...i think I need a "find the spam for dummies" book or something :) As I understand: a) All mail marked as spam should appear in /var/log/zimbra.log with some sort of "flag". b) amavis-logwatch is a log parser th...

Re: Monitoring antispam activity

Hi guys, Pretty sure now that there is some sort of bug with the ammount of spam marked as "yes" in zimbra logs. Even using the embedded tool DualBoot suggested, I'm able to find mails marked as spam (looking at individual mail headers in mails inside users spam folders), which are not sho...

Re: No authtoken and no soap fault

Hi, I would recommend: - Your safe ip list looks not valid for your zimbra version. You need to add the netmask, like 200.XXX.XXX.YY /32 - Is your IP the one in the zimbraHttpThrottleSafeIPs? If so, then that's ok. - If for your zimbraMailTrustedIP, one of those 2 IPs is the one of your host, then t...

Re: No authtoken and no soap fault

Hi, Can you run these commands and share the results? As zimbra user in your mailbox server: $ zmprov gs `zmhostname` | grep -i httpdosfilter $ zmprov gs `zmhostname` | grep -i safeips --> You can change this values, i need to know the format, and who the ips belong, not the IPs itself. $ zmprov gs ...

Re: No authtoken and no soap fault

Hi, Try this: $ grep -i suspended /opt/zimbra/log/mailbox.log $ grep -i "account lockout" /opt/zimbra/log/mailbox.log You'll see DoSFilter blocked ips with first command. You'll see accounts being locked by jetty with second command. I'm not sure about the specific log entries you have as ...

Re: Saslauthd/smtp auth problems

Hi Carlos, Can you describe your specific case? There is nothing broken with Zimbra that needs to be fixed by disabling DoSFilter. If someone from the same IP is trying to brute force attack your accounts, then DoSFilter will protect you from that IP. If someone is trying to brute force an account, ...
