A little more research and I found that you can copy a email to another folder in the web client. Just hold the shift key down and left click & drag.

We tried this and it works to a certain extent. Even though you have the email in 2 different folders, Zimbra treats it (IMHO) strangely. IE email is received to the inbox and the copyfolder. Jorge, I'm looking at the same, only I'm currently running 8.0.6_GA_5922.NETWORK going to 8.6.0GA and a 12.04.2 LTS to 14.04.1 LTS OS upgrade. There is no version of 8.0.6 that is listed for 14.04.   Additional info - Single server install   Current OS shows as Ubuntu 12....

Matt,

Something needs to be done. There are too many threads with users posting about problems contacting sales. As you undoubtedly know, if a potential customer cannot contact sales, they become someone else's customer.

That's good to know. Alas, every tech person assigned to my cases has been 1/2 way around the world. Maybe the new owners can revamp the support system so that time zones can be factored when cases are assigned so there's always some overlap.

We're in the opposite situation. We want to disable Briefcase. I have it disabled in ZWC, but in Desktop it persists no matter what I've tried.

That's great that you can get answers by going through a vendor, but Zimbra sales cannot respond to a request by a customer? That doesn't sound very good.
