if the trial expires, will the users using outlook stop sending/receiving emails?

i have a galsync account.
i add the accounts manually in it. and when sending emails from other accounts i can send to addresses in the galsync.
i need to browse the galsync addresses from other accounts. how can this be done?

There are three scenarios in the appliance installation guide. the largest is :

Does this mean that the appliance supports a maximum of 1000 User only ?
