I have a Zimbra mail server with version 8.8.11_GA_3772.FOSS. I need to block hyperlinks on the incoming e-mail as a security measure preventing mail hijacking. Is there any solution to make this happen?

I'm running Zimbra mail server(8.8.11_GA_3772.FOSS) and my users are used 3rd party mail client(Outlook and LiveMail) to send and receive emails. Many of their emails are duplicated. I havent any idea for how this was happening. Please guide me to resolve this issue.

The following command will help you to get what you want.

zmmailbox -z -m username@example.com s -t message -l 1000 "in:Inbox subject: <subject that you want to search>"
